Using Interify
How does it work?
Upload a photo of your room, draw around the areas you want to change, and add a note to each. Pick a style if you like, then generate. You get a photorealistic version of your room in about a minute.
Do I need an account?
Not to look around: the sample room at /try shows marked areas and results made in advance, with no account. To edit your own photo you need a free account, which comes with 3 credits and needs no card.
What kind of photo works best?
A JPEG, PNG or WebP of up to 10 MB. A phone photo is fine. Daylight and a view that shows all of what you want changed give the best results.
What can I change?
Anything you can draw around: wall paint, floors, furniture, kitchen cabinets, lighting and more. Mark each area with the rectangle, lasso or marker tool and write what it should become, such as "light oak floor". You can attach a reference photo to an area to show the material or piece you mean.
Can I pick a style?
Yes. Choose one of 20 interior styles, or write an instruction for the whole room. Each version uses one style or instruction; to compare styles, make one version for each.
How long does a version take?
Usually about a minute. You can keep browsing; it will appear in your history.
Can I use this on mobile?
Yes. You can mark areas with your finger or a stylus on phones and tablets: pinch to zoom, and drag with two fingers to move around the photo. Uploading, making and refining versions, and comparing them all work there too, in the browser, with nothing to install.
Credits and payments
What does a credit buy?
One credit makes one version of your room. A new version, a Tweak and a Refine each cost 1 credit, and the first Try again of each version is free. Every button that spends credits shows its cost before you click. Viewing, comparing, downloading and sharing are free.
How much do credits cost?
You start with 3 credits free. After that, credits come in packs: Starter, 30 credits for $9; Pro, 100 credits for $19; Mega, 250 credits for $39. That's as little as $0.16 a credit. Prices are in US dollars.
Is it a subscription?
No. A pack is a one-time purchase: you pay once and nothing renews. Buy another pack whenever you need more credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire while your account exists. Buy once and use them whenever you're ready. Unused credits are lost if you delete your account.
What happens if a version fails?
If a version fails on our side, its credit goes back to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask for it.
Can I get a refund?
Email hello@interify.ai within 14 days of buying a pack to ask for a full refund, as long as you haven't used any of its credits. Once you've spent one of them, that pack isn't refundable.
Why do free downloads have a watermark?
Until you buy a pack, your results carry a small "interify.ai" watermark wherever you see, download or share them. Buying any pack removes it from every result, earlier ones included. If that purchase is refunded and you have no other, the watermark comes back.
What is the free queue?
Versions from accounts that haven't bought a pack wait in the free queue. Once you've bought any pack, your versions run in a separate queue for paying accounts, so they skip the free one. It isn't a time guarantee: paying accounts still queue behind each other.
How do I pay, and are taxes included?
Stripe takes the payment, and we never see your card details. Checkout shows the total, including any taxes, before you pay.
Are HD results only for paying accounts?
No. Every account, free included, gets HD results up to 3072 px on the long edge, never larger than your photo. Buying a pack removes the watermark; it doesn't change the size.
Photos and privacy
What happens to my photos?
Your photos and results are stored encrypted at rest, with Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, and sent over HTTPS. Only you can see them unless you share a link. You can delete a project at any time, and deleting your account deletes every file you stored with us.
Are my photos used to train AI?
No. Interify doesn't use your photos or results to train AI models, doesn't sell data and doesn't show ads.
Who processes my photos?
To make a version, your photo with your marks, any reference photos and the prompt go to the AI model that renders it, today OpenAI's GPT Image model, without your name or email. Files are stored with Amazon Web Services. The Trust page and the Privacy Policy list everyone who processes data, and what they get.
Can I delete or download my data?
Yes, both from Account settings. Download my data gives you one ZIP file with your account details, projects and every photo and result. Deleting your account deletes every file first, then the account itself, and signs you out everywhere.
Who can see a result I share?
Anyone with the link, without an account, until you stop sharing it or delete it. You choose whether the link also shows your original photo. Nothing is public unless you share it.
Results
Will the rest of my room stay the same?
When you mark areas and pick no style, only the marked areas change: the new part is blended in at its edges and everything else comes from your photo. A style restyles the whole room.
What if I don't like a result?
Try again runs the same request for a different take, and the first one for each version is free. Tweak changes the style or the instruction, Refine regenerates one part you brush over, and Use as base starts the next change from a result you like.
How big are the results?
HD, up to 3072 px on the long edge, on every account. A result is never larger than the photo it was made from.
Can I use the results commercially?
As far as the law allows, the results are yours to use, including commercially. Until you buy a pack they carry the watermark. Don't present a preview as a photo of finished work in a way that misleads, for example in a property listing.
Can I build from a preview?
No. A preview is an AI-made picture of a change, for deciding and showing others. It isn't a plan, a measurement or a quote, and real materials and light will differ. Check renovation decisions with a qualified professional.
