These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Interify ("the Service"), operated by Interify ("we", "our", "us").

1. Service Description

Interify is an AI-powered room renovation visualization tool. You upload photos of rooms, annotate areas you want to change, and our AI generates photorealistic previews of the renovated space.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Use the Service to generate inappropriate or harmful imagery
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service
  • Share your account with others
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

4. Credits & Payment

  • New accounts receive 3 free generation credits
  • Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans
  • Each generation consumes 1 credit
  • Purchased credits never expire
  • If a generation fails due to a system error, your credit is refunded automatically

5. Refund Policy

  • Unused credits are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Used credits (generations already processed) are non-refundable
  • Contact support@interify.ai for refund requests

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all photos you upload
  • You retain ownership of all AI-generated results
  • You grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of providing the Service
  • The Interify brand, logo, and software are our intellectual property

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated previews are approximations and should not be relied upon as exact representations of actual renovation outcomes. Results may vary from real-world renovations. The Service is intended for visualization and inspiration purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
