How your photos are handled

Your photos are stored encrypted, seen by no one unless you share a link, and never used to train AI models. Here is who processes what, and how to delete or export everything.

Storage and encryption

Your room photos, reference photos and results are stored with Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1), and encrypted at rest. Everything between your browser and Interify travels over HTTPS.

Your files aren't public. They are reachable only through short-lived links issued to your signed-in account. Passwords are stored hashed, and signing out ends your session on the server straight away.

Who processes what

To make a version, your photo has to reach the AI model that renders it. These are the companies that store your photos or render them, and what they get. None of them gets your name or email with your photo.

    The AI model that renders your renovation preview.

    Your room photo (with your markings drawn on it), a mask of the area you asked to change, any reference images you add, and the prompt built from your style choices and instructions. No name or email.

Running the service

Hosting, payments, sign-in, email, analytics and error reports. The Privacy Policy says what each one receives and where.

  • ResendSends account emails: the link to verify your email address and the link to reset your password.

No training, no ads, no selling

Interify doesn't use your photos or results to train AI models. It doesn't sell your data, and it doesn't show ads. Your photo goes to the AI model only to make the version you asked for.

Deleting and exporting

Delete a project at any time to remove it from your account. To take everything with you, choose Download my data in Account settings: you get one ZIP file with your account details, projects and every photo and result. Its download link works for 48 hours, and the file is deleted from our storage 3 days after it was made.

To remove everything, delete your account in Account settings. Every file you stored is deleted first, then your account, projects and history, and you are signed out on every device. 20 minutes later, storage is checked once more for any upload that was still in progress. Deleted data can stay in database backups until they roll over.

Sharing is up to you

Nothing you make is public until you share it. A share link opens a result with a before and after slider, for anyone who has the link, without an account. The link is long and random, so it can't be guessed.

When you share, you choose whether the link also shows your original photo. Stop sharing whenever you like, or delete the version, and the link stops working within minutes.

The watermark

Until you buy a credit pack, your results carry a small "interify.ai" watermark wherever they appear: on screen, in downloads, on share links and in your data export. Buying any pack removes it from every result, earlier ones included. If that purchase is refunded or disputed and you have no other, the watermark comes back. See Pricing.
